We'll begin the day by documenting the end of both bridal and groom prep - capturing candid moments filled with the joyous anticipation of your wedding day, as well as get beautiful detail shots of your invitation suite, rings, and other important keepsakes!
Rachael captures family photos at the venue, while the second photographer begins capturing the venue itself - using drone as well as traditional cameras to capture every angle! At 4:30, we'll tuck the couple away in prep for the ceremony, but our cameras will continue to document every moment as guests arrive!

Cocktail Hour provides plenty of time to get photos for the venue and the couple - from cocktail hour details to reception decor, our team of two photographers will work to capture it all!

Reception begins! We've listed two options for coverage below, one where reception coverage would last until 8:30 pm, and one where it would last through 10:30 pm. We're also happy to meet in the middle or extend coverage as long as your heart desires!

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE should we BOOK?
We recommend reaching out as soon as you secure your venue. Couples often book us as early as 12-16 months in advance, but we accept last-minute bookings if we're open! We cannot accept bookings that are 2 or more years in advance.
how long have you been in business?
I officially launched my brand in 2012 in N. Illinois, just outside of the city of Chicago. Since then, I have photographed hundreds of weddings and moved from Illinois to South Carolina, and now our forever home in Florida, all while maintaining my business.
how do we lock you in as our photographer?
A signed contract and a 50% non-refundable retainer is due in order to reserve your date.

can we customize a collection?
Of course! Most dates do have a minimum investment, but we are always happy to tailor collections to your day by adding additional photographers, fine art albums, and other luxury products!
how can we pay + sign?
Everything is online to keep it super simple!
You can electronically sign your contract and I accept all major credit or debit cards, which are processed securely through the Square platform, or we can set up a secure ACH transfer.
do you offer any discounts?
In order to provide the highest level of service and be fair to all our clients, we are not able to offer any discounts.

do you carry insurance + liability?
Absolutely, as should any professional vendor you work with. We are happy to provide your venue or planner with a copy for their records upon request.
we're having a destination event. what do travel fees look like?
Travel fees are limited to the cost of a flight and lodging. Some locations will have waived travel fees - inquire for details.
Can we have the raw files?
No, but you can have each and every one of your beautifully and carefully edited high-res files, including a print release - and trust us, that's WAY better.
